The Fire Button At The Gas Station

I saw this on Reddit.com and thought it was pretty funny, seeing as how I design fire suppression systems at my job.

    Hi Rob,

Just made my way over here from All Over Albany — great to see another local blog!

I’m going to add you to my RSS reader and blogroll as well. Don’t feel the need to reciprocate unless you want to — I’m just happy to make contact with local writers.

Good luck with the blog and I look forward to reading your writing in the future!

I added you to my blogroll also. I can’t resist a physics blogger, and a local one at that. Before I got my EE degree, I got a BS in Physics. What grade level physics do you teach?

I teach 11th and 12th grade physics (Regents and AP) at ND-BG in Schenectady. I never really saw myself going into heavy-duty research, and I always liked the education piece of things, so here I am.

There’s at least one more physics blog around — I don’t know if you read Uncertain Principles, but that’s a pretty popular blog written by Chad Orzel of Union College. His Feedburner numbers make both of ours put together look microscopic.

    Thanks for the add!
